Connor Sweeney

Connor is a Traverse City native who has been immersed in music and performance arts his whole life. He grew up as a choir kid and theater geek, having been involved in numerous musical productions over the years. Connor’s love for music continued to flourish as he honed his skills in the DJing world.
Connor enjoys meeting new people and creating a lively and fun atmosphere. He loves love and considers himself lucky to be a part of so many couples’ special day. Connor’s ability to read the crowd and play the right songs at the right time ensures that everyone is up and dancing.
When he’s not DJing, Connor loves spending time with his family, which includes his wife Hannah, their twins Theo and Josie, and their dog Wellington. He enjoys hiking and adventuring, catching up on the latest movies, and playing Zoom D&D with his college friends. Connor’s passion for creating joy and fun is not limited to his work as a DJ – it’s a part of who he is, and he considers himself fortunate to be able to share that with others.

What interaction or event at a wedding do you look forward to?
The last ten minutes on the dance floor, right before the end, when everyone is at their absolute peak enjoyment of the night, that’s the stuff I live for.
Why do you live in Northern Michigan and what do you enjoy about the area?
I left home for a bit to travel the world, but I couldn’t find anyplace nicer than here! (in the summertime, that is). It’s a vacationer’s paradise, so for locals, we get to be on vacation every day!
