About Scott

Scott founded 2Bays DJs while at Michigan State University, with ambitions to amplify celebrations among his friends. After college Scott moved home to Traverse City to meld lifelong memories as a wedding DJ.

Scott's 96 year old grandpa ends every prayer with the phrase "and may we be ever mindful of the needs of others" and Scott tries to put that principle into practice at work.

When he's not playing music Scott loves to explore foreign dance floors with his wife, Hannah, discover new trails on a one-wheel with his dog, Trudy, or get lost trying to understand computer code.
