You’re booked and we are honored to be a part of your vendor dream team! We are looking forward to celebrating you with your guests and having a great dance party. Here are the next steps and some helpful information for you to know before your wedding.

Client Login

Use the username and password we have provided to log into your client area. After you login, click on the ‘Plan My Event’ button to access your planning forms.  These are not due until the week of your wedding so take your time filling them out and feel free to reach out with any questions. Here’s a little rundown of what to expect.

This is a tool that is super useful to your DJ.  Being able to quickly find information in the flow of an evening is extremely important. If you have details that the DJ should know and have in front of them, please include it in the “Other Information” section of the Planning Form.  Things to include there are details like “please fade out our first dance song after 3 minutes” or “parents are divorced.” 

Let me tell you a little secret.  Weddings have a tendency to run a little behind.  Whether it’s a ceremony that runs over or an extended photo session, the schedule gets abused.  We’ll do our best to keep the flow of the evening going according to plan. If you don’t know exactly what time you want to throw the bouquet, don’t sweat it.  We’ll be working with everyone from the caterer to the photographer to make sure the food comes out hot and they get the perfect shot.

If you already have a playlist going or would prefer to use Spotify or another platform to give us your requests please feel free to do so. This request form is just one of many ways to get the job done. As long as we have the song and artist name we’ll be good to go. 

We like to say that you can have as much input, or as little, as you’d like.  We’re professionals, so we’d be happy to fill out a playlist on the fly if you give us a few favorites.  We’d also be happy to play a precise list that you have handpicked.  If we don’t have a song that you want to hear, don’t worry.  Truth be told, the online library we use is put together by a third party.  It is a massive library, but sometimes we have songs that they don’t, and vice versa.  This seems to be the case most frequently with indie rock.  If there is a song that you want to hear at your wedding, we’ll do whatever we have to do to get it.  If it’s not on the list, please include it by clicking the ‘Add Your Own’ tab.  If you’re struggling with finding the perfect song for an introduction or bouquet toss, you can find a top 30 list for each traditional aspect of a wedding in the Wedding section of the ‘Top Hits’ tab.  We’ll be the first to admit that some of those songs are corny, but if you look through the list you’re sure to find some gems.

For all the Spotify users you can easily connect your account by clicking on the Spotify Logo. After your account has been connected you can add songs from your saved playlists or share the whole playlist with us. If you are adding multiple playlist please keep in mind that there is only so much music that can be played in one night.

As you are working on your forms online there is a built in auto-save, however, it’s always a good idea to hit that save button before closing your browser or navigating to a new page. Also, you don’t need to submit your forms as we can look into them at any point. If you are working with a wedding planner you can skip the timeline as your planner will give us one.

One month prior to your wedding date we will reach out with your final invoice as well as letting you know who your DJ will be. Your DJ will reach out to you the week leading up to your wedding to go over your online planning forms as well as any other final details. If you’d like to meet in person we are happy to setup a time to do so at our office.

Setup & Layout

Your DJ will arrive one to two hours prior to our contracted start time for setup. Please keep us in mind while you are designing the layout for your wedding. We ask to be set up within a reasonable distance in relation to the dance floor. If you have any questions or need help with your layout design please do not hesitate to reach out.
